Each team must cook 15 gallons of chili (& serve).
All bowls, drinks, crackers, etc., furnished by RCEC.
Each team will be able to name the recipient of a $100.00 scholarship.
In addition, winners will receive:
$500.00 Scholarship - 1st place
$300.00 Scholarship - 2nd place
$200.00 Scholarship - 3rd place
TOTAL SCHOLARSHIPS: $3000.00
Chili Cookoff for Scholarships
Once again, we'll meet at the Rusk County Expo Center amid displays and products for home, ranch and garden. Door prizes, entertainment, food and friends are an unbeatable combination.
We will also have a quilt exhibit. If you would like to enter, please contact us as soon as possible because spaces are limited. The top 3 winner's will receive cash prizes.
Doors are open 3 to 7 p.m. to give you time to study, browse and enjoy a visit with your neighbors, cooperative board and employees.
The members business meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Tommy McDaniel Ag Center. Co-op members will have an opportunity to win door prizes following the meeting.
